Recipe -

Marination -
- 2 Chicken thigh with skin
- 2 teaspoon crushed ginger garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3/4 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all together nicely and marinate for 3-4 hours

- In a pan add some oil and fully cook marinated chicken
- Let chicken cool down, then cut it in small piece.

- Now mix chicken pieces with
1/2 chopped white onion, 1/4 chopped red onion, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon tangy tamarind sauce, 1 tablespoon green onion. Mix every thing well

- In a Cast Iron pan add butter and add chicken mix.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Pour one egg in middle of pan and turn off heat.
- Add some chopped onion and mix egg with everything nicely.
- Serve Hot
