Yoga Exercises in a School Girl Mini Skirt

In this video, I will be doing my workout in a mini skirt. I will begin by doing the "downward dog" pose. This will stretch out your back as well as your legs. Next, I will do a "monkey" pose. Be careful with this stretch. Please go at your own pace. From there, I will do a variation of the "seated straddle" pose. This will really stretch your legs. The next exercise, I will do a "revolved sundial" pose. To close out the routine, I will do some simple breathing techniques.
