Chicken Teriyaki (Elsa's Kitchen Recipe )

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, sliced into cubes or strips
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp dark soy sauce

Teriyaki Sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp mirin

Instructions
In a small bowl stir to mix well the Teriyaki sauce, set aside.
In a pan heat 2 tsp olive oil
When the oil is already hot, put the garlic then the chicken pieces, stir 1 minute on high heat.
Put ¼ tsp ground pepper and ½ salt
Fry 4 to 5 minutes, till meat is golden brown
If the chicken is already brown, pour the Teriyaki sauce.
Pour 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Continue mixing until the chicken is coated with the sauce.
Stir 30 seconds on high heat.
Ready to serve. And garnish with green onions.

Eat with rice
