BOOST YOUR BUTT In 14 Days~Grow Booty Not Thighs (DAY 1)14 DAYS CURVY CHALLENGE

Brand new challenge, to kick off 2022...This challenge has 7 workout videos, which we have to repeat twice making it 14 days of doing this challenge. All you need is a soft surface, your body, a set of dumbbells or water bottles, resistance bands and maybe ankle weights(optional).
The first week we will do 5 videos, 2 rest days in a week and the following week, 2 videos, then we repeat from Day 1 to 7. Listen to your body, If you need 3 rest days in a week, go for it. We got this!

Nutrition is key, with that being said, prepare your protein, you can buy protein powder if you can afford, if not, it is okay, we enough plank based protein and other meals;
Here are 10 terrific sources of lean protein:
1. Fish (ALL)
2. Seafood
3. Skinless, white-meat poultry
4. Lean beef (including tenderloin, sirloin, eye of round)
5. Skim or low-fat milk
6. Yogurt
7. Cheese
8. Eggs
9. Lean pork (tenderloin)
10. Beans (LEGUMES)
